Creamy baked Brie becomes irresistibly melty in the oven and pairs beautifully with garlic, fresh herbs, and toasted bread. This simple dish highlights the rich, buttery texture of Brie while adding savory flavors that make it perfect for gatherings, wine nights, or holiday appetizers.
Ingredients
- 1 wheel Reny Picot Brie
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 small baguette, sliced and toasted
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or a drizzle of balsamic glaze
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Brie
Place the Brie wheel in a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Using a knife, lightly score the top rind in a crosshatch pattern to allow flavors to soak in.
3. Add savory toppings
Sprinkle minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper over the top.
Drizzle with olive oil.
4. Bake until melty
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is soft and beginning to ooze.
5. Serve immediately
Transfer to a serving board and surround with toasted baguette slices.
Optional: drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze and sprinkle parsley for color.
